What to expect
Massage
Everyone will receive an individual taster session of massage
A fully engaging, vigorous massage to meet your body's tight and tensioned areas
Harriet Emily
Listen to the peaceful sound bath of gongs and crystal singing bowls whilst you rest in savasana
Harriet’s sound bath will guide you towards inner balance and harmony
Pip (Maitri Yoga)
Pip will lead you through a dreamy restorative flow, calming breathwork and a guided meditation
Leaving you feeling light, spacious and free and connected to the oasis of serenity that lies within

The morning events will take place at the Masonic Hall, Lyme Regis, which has a beautiful view over the stunning Jurassic coastline
